How do I get started?

Begin by scheduling a consultation where we take the time to fully understand your vision, style preferences, and the purpose of your garment.

During this session, we’ll explore inspiration, silhouettes, and design details while I provide professional insight to refine your ideas into a clear, wearable concept. From there, I guide you step-by-step through measurements, design decisions, and the full custom process—ensuring you feel confident and informed from the very beginning.

To ensure the most accurate and productive consultation, please have a body measuring tape, your design inspiration (photos, ideas, or references), and access to a full body mirror if possible. These tools allow us to take precise measurements and visualize how your garment will fit and lay on your body. Being prepared helps streamline the process and ensures your custom piece starts with a strong, accurate foundation.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin all custom design projects.

This deposit includes your consultation, design planning, communication, material sourcing, and allocation of time within my production schedule.

Once the project has started, these resources are committed specifically to your garment and cannot be reassigned.

I will guide you in selecting fabric and design options that accommodate both your preferences and your budget. Final design details, materials, and overall scope will be confirmed and approved prior to production to ensure clarity.

Any additional approved costs associated with your project—including upgraded materials, added design elements, or changes requested after approval—will be added to the final balance.

The remaining balance is due upon completion and must be paid in full prior to shipping or delivery. No items will be released until final payment has been received.

Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of your design, fabric availability, and the level of detail involved, including embellishments and specialty finishes.

Each garment is created with intention and precision, so timelines are structured to allow for proper design, construction, detailing, and finishing. A clear and realistic timeframe will be provided during your consultation so you'll know what to expect from start to delivery.

Pricing is determined by several factors, including design complexity, fabric selection, embellishments, and construction requirements. Before any work begins, you will receive an itemized outline of material costs, labor, and any additional services. This ensures full transparency, so you understand exactly what you’re investing in and the value behind your custom piece.

For all other clients, I provide detailed, step-by-step guidance to help you assess the fit at home. You will be guided on how the garment should feel, where it should sit, and how to identify areas that may need adjustment—such as bust placement, waist definition, length, and overall balance.

You may be asked to submit clear photos or feedback to ensure accuracy during this stage.Based on your feedback, I will make the appropriate adjustments to improve comfort, structure, and overall appearance—ensuring your garment fits seamlessly and delivers a polished, tailored finish.

Each garment is created using the measurements provided and confirmed during your consultation and fitting process.

One adjustment is included to address minor fit corrections based on those original measurements. Changes due to new or inaccurate measurements, or body changes after production has begun, may require additional alterations and fees.
